Problem with my 2013 Vert - need help
I purchased my 2013 60th Anniversary 427 CRM Vert in February of this year. With all the rain we had in New Jersey over the summer I only put on 750 (good running) miles. Yesterday was a great sunny day so I put it in a local car show. Driving to the show (about 15 miles) the vehicle ran perfectly without any issues. The vehicle sat in the sun with the hood open for about five hours. When I started up to leave the show the exhaust note sounded different and the engine ran a little rough. By the time I drove out onto the road the engine started running rougher (plus loss of power) then the alarms showed up.
check Engine icon lit up, Traction Control icon lit up, check Traction Control on DIC
After sitting in garage over night I went out today and started it up, all alarms are still there.
Before I get it to my Dealer, does this problem sound familiar to anyone.
Thanks for any input (b t y, I won Best Corvette in show).

Maybe a show attendee decided to partake in a little mischief. Make sure all plug wires are securely connected. If that doesn't help, I think it's time for trip to the dealer
Unknown to me, Bowling Green routed a wiring harness too close to the right-side exhaust manifold on my 2004 Corvette. But the problem did appear until the car was about a year old. Was driving along and suddenly the car bucked and lurched and every alarm and display went off -- much like what you see in war movies when a helicopter gets shot up. But the Corvette angels were with me, I was literally just a quarter mile from the selling dealership. I limped in, they replaced the mostly melted harness and all was well again.
Your car is still under warranty -- let the dealer tech help -- you paid for it.

Make sure to check the coil pack side also.

My 427 died on me in traffic, I tried to restart on the move, it restarted, then check engine, came on and stayed on. I reset it several times, and then finally it never came back.

Put a charger on it.
I should have added that this summer I had an almost identical condition with my 2009 Silverado HD2500. With that vehicle the owners manual states that long idling with all accessories on could cause a drain on the batteries resulting in the ECU automatically reducing the load. The A/C would quit, I had all kinds of messages on the DIC, the gauges would stop and start working, etc. I recharged both batteries and have not had a problem since.

I agree w. all posts about the batt. condition. 15 miles' drive to the show is not enough to recharge the batt. from even starting once, let alone a drain over several months.
