Law Ride in Washington, D.C.
Be advised that all law enforcement personnel (active and retired) who are Corvette owners are invited to drive their Corvettes and participate in the 2011 Law Ride and Wreath Laying Ceremony Event in Washington, D.C. on Sunday May 8, 2011. This year’s corvette processional will be led by Captain Joe Jakub of the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, Warren County, Kentucky. Please feel free to join other members of the “Thin Blue Line” to honor those who have protected and served us across America.
Civilian Corvette owners and Corvette Clubs are also invited to participate and show their support for those who “Protect and Serve” and for those who have given their all “In the Line of Duty.”
The “Law Ride “ will assemble at the Washington, D.C. Armory and travel through the streets of Washington, D.C., ending at the National Law Enforcement Officer’s Memorial. The Wreath Laying Ceremony takes place from 12 noon to 1:00 pm.
