is there any way to use a factory dry sump on a non dry sump ls3.

is it worth it having a dry sump if you dont track the car?



and are there any aftermarket kits for the ls3.

IMO if you're not seriously racing your car there isn't much to be gained.

But wait, there's more,,,,
the dry sumped LS3 has a different crankshaft. it is longer as it has 2 oil pumps that it has to drive. they are mounted on the front of the engine concentric to the crankshaft.
Yes, aftermarket dry sump systems are easy to find, install, and use.
not really needed if you don't track the car.
