[PICS] 2012 Corvettes at the C5/C6 Bash
We got a running photo gallery set up on CorvetteBlogger.com to showcase many of the changes and updates to the 2012 Corvette. This morning, Corvette Team members pulled the covers off the 2012 Centennial Edition. You should see Carbon Flash metallic in the sun!

We'll post more as we get time to process and upload the photos.
** Just added the rear fascia of a Corvette painted in Carlisle Blue. GM has yet to paint a full car.

Here is the Centennial Edition Z06 that was at Barrett-Jackson. It has the new seats with the 100 Years embroidery.
The wheels on the Centennial Edition Grand Sport aren't the same Cup wheels that are seen on the Z06 and the ZR1. Because of the "two-fork" design, they can't have the red strip around the edge.
This is the VIN 001 2012 Centennial Edition Corvette Z06. You can see the new speakers in the dash. The 2012 Corvette now features 9 speakers.
We have even more photos posted on our site:

The steering wheel will likely not threaten any of the Forum vendors in the slightest. The seats do (finally General) look much better but it remains to be heard & felt whether the headrest has too much of an angle for comfort being they are fixed and not adjustable. The picture of the black/suede seat headrests look aggressively angled. If I recall some have commented about the Recaro's in the V having too much forward projection for ultimate comfort. The shoulder bolsters should be a welcome addition for most buyers. My 2cents.
Anyone know if the Comp Grey rim finish is finished for 2012?

Just general info, Tadge Juechter said they had to redesign the head rests for 2011 due to changes in government crash regulations. I don't know if there is anything in the law about adjustability. Just sayin'.

The Carlisle Blue in the photo looks a lot like the Frost Blue of 1959.
