If anyone has HD theatre check out the Mecum auction. Lots of good cars. Just saw a 92 ZR-1 sell for $22k !!! 17K miles. Wow.

We get Mecum on cable here. I often tune in to see what they are selling and sometimes can't break away. Always want to see just one more car. What's on deck next??

Great cars without the ego inflated bidding wars.

I get it on cablevision channel 727, the prices aren't out of touch for someone looking for a classic car.

No surprise there.

I've seen them go with 5-10k on the odometer for high 20's.

It's a 92 corvette. No one cares about it, lol.

This is exactly the reason that no one should be saving a C6 for high resale value, be it a base, gs, Z06 or ZR1. They'll all be worth peanuts in 10 years.

Is it live or a repeat from earlier in the year?

I think it's a repeat. I saw that auction where the 92 ZR 1 sold for $22K.

I would love to have a 92 ZR 1. Another full restored C4 - not a Z - sold for like $12K.

The Indy show is either this weekend or last weekend.

I wish they would televise a little something from Carlisle.

Go to Mecums web site, sign in (free sign up) then go to ustream.tv and watch live on your computer.
Bought two so far

Can't believe what vintage pick ups are bringing

While we're on the subject Barret-Jackson has a special next Tuesday the 24th on Speed channel. "Crazy for Corvettes". The auctions top selling Corvettes. It's not a rerun.

Direct TV is 5/24/11 Speed Channel 607 not HD. I think I have caught most all of them sooner or later. I just set to record all and catch them.
