Default How Do You Remove Center Caps W/O Scratching

Mine are in tight and I just realized the point isn't aiming towards the valve stem.

I can't seem to pop them out.

Thanks.

Did I miss a golden rule somewhere or is this a case of personal OCD?

Take the wheel off and push through the hub.

Actually, it dates back to the C1s and NCRS judging standards for that "generation."

Yep, I changed mine and you have to remove the wheel and push them out from inside the hub.

I use a little suction cup that came with a thing for changing out lightbulbs that are too high to reach. Works great.

I use a special suction cup "tool" that I bought to remove the center caps on my '65's KO (knock-off) wheels. Works great on the C6 as well.
