On the registration form, it has a box for "stock" or "custom". What qualifies for "custom"? The show sounds like a good time. Hope to see you there.

I will get back to you on the official answer. Right now I would say ANY modification to your car would qualify you for "custom".

It is strictly the number of changes you have made to the car. Thus, new whels are one change. I added the chrome letters to the fanny "Corvette: indentions. That counts as one also. When you reach 5 changes you must register as "custom". If you keep the hood shut I don't care how much chrome or paint you have added to the engine. Likewise on mufflers, if you don't sit there racking it off all day I wouldn't count them as a change. Lets call changes... visible changes.

If you have 5 mods or more, that will qualify you for the "custom" check box on the registration form. Those changes are anything that you have added after your drove it out of the dealership. Stock would be 4 mods or less. Hope this helps.

registration update

We are now at almost 140 registrations for the car show. There are just over 100 spots left due to our self imposed 250 car limit which we always reach each year. We have 56 days left before the show.

One big surprise for me is the big jump in wide body C6's. There is a big trophy increase this year with three in each generation for both stock and custom. That and the wide bodies are split off from the 6th generation so they have their own trophies.

We are closing in on September 24th... we now have only 68 openings left and are receiving 4 to 6 each day. We will soon be full, so if you are thinking about registering for this great car show, do it now!

We are now down to 52 registrations left... they are going fast and we will be sold out soon.

If anyone coming wants to wash the bugs off of their Vettes, I have posted our completely "touchless" car wash on the Car Show webpage. On that page, you will find the code for $2 off the normal price for all Corvette Car Show participants. This code is good from Thurs 9/22 til Sunday 9/25.
