At the time I got mine (about 1 year ago) Amazon.com was best pricing (and no tax and shipping was free)... do not know about now, but Amazon would be a good start along with checking out any forum vendors.

My friend got mine from Autozone..he has a car repair business and got a discount price !
So find a friend that has a shop and get him to get one for ya.
It solved years of dead battery problems!

Yep, and you'd be better off doing that too. Optima batteries have disappointed me in the past but I'm not trying to start a comparison argument. Just saying.

The website says either a 25 for red top and 34 for a yellow.
Problem is both batteries are listed at 10 inches long.
The battery tray is only 9 inches...
Any help from someone who bought one would be greatly appreciated..

I bought mine online through Advance auto, they had a sale plus free delivery. It was a great deal, I'm not sure if they are still offering this deal or not

I have a C6.
The website says either a 25 for red top and 34 for a yellow for a part number.
I'm leaning towards the yellow because of the deep cycle and I don't drive my C6 alot in the winter.
Problem is both batteries are listed at 10 inches long.
The battery tray is only 9 inches on my 2005 C6...
Any help greatly appreciated..
Thanks in advance

I'm pretty sure I bought the 25 Red top, my car is not with me so I can't go look at it to verify. But, anyway mine is an 05 and the battery fits just fine. I have had no problems with it since switching out the factory battery

I think my Optima Red Top (group 25, part #9025-160) cost me $179 at Autozone.
Not a good price, but I didn't have too much of a choice. My 6 year old OEM Delco died and I was driving around on a AAA quick-jump on a Saturday evening. It was either Autozone's price or nothin'.

Bought my Redtop group 25 for $132 total through the Interstate Battery distributor here in Tucson for my C5 convert.
When it came time to get a new battery for my 2007 C6 convert in May I went with the Delco professional form the Chevy dealer and that ran about $83.

I bought a Red Top from H Motorsports ( a Forum vendor at the time)about 3 years ago for $ 118.00 to fit a 2006 LS2. Had no problem fitting it to a LS2, even though the poles were opposite of the stock batteries. Later LS3's have no difference.
