Default Cabin air filter, is there one in the C6?

Don't see any mention of it in the owner's manual.
Thanks,

My 2008 has one. I believe that they refer to it as a "passenger compartment air filter" in the manual.

It located just above the battery in the firewall on the passenger side - - the door pulls open from the top . . about 2" high and a foot wide- Filter's about $15 at NAPA-- pulls straight out horizontally towards the front.

Yes it is, in my 2005 Coupe Vette is behind the battery , a plastic door with 2 clips.

I'll take a look in the engine bay. My battery is in the hatch, passenger's side.
Thanks,

I changed mine last year after waiting 6 years to do it. It was very dirty as expected. Checked it again last week. I found it almost plugged with dirt and a little surprise too. A rather large MOUSE NEST! How the heck they got in there , I don't know. Moral of the story is "check your cabin air filter at least once a year"

Thanks,
If its a z06 or gs or zr1 you will need to disconnect oil line at tank. to allow it to come straight out. Pull little plastic tab in slot and pull loose just push back on.

It's all up to how much you use the A/C and/or Heater....that's the only way air would be pulled through it....I change mine every year after....Arizona dust + running the A/C + convertible top down a lot.

It doesn't matter what you do inside the car unless you keep the heat/AC on recirc. It draws air from outside below the windshield 95% of the time.

Default Difficult to Change GS Cabin Filter?

I posted this above but received no response: How difficult is it to remove the oil lines to get at the cabin air filter on a GS?

Thx
