I just thought I'd share my experience dealing with Southern Car Parts. I ordered a rear brake light for my 2011 Grand Sport off this website. I just wanted to let everyone here know that this company stands by everything they sell. I was quite happy with the service and the measures they went out to ensure my happiness. Even though they initially sent the wrong part (due to my own mistake), they still sent me another one. After still finding out that was not the right part, I shipped it back to them (in the wrong box) and it was damaged in shipping. Despite this setback, the company still paid for a new part to be shipped. I was very pleased.

If anyone here is looking for parts, I would recommend this company!

I agree with the excellent customer service,
I purchased an Escort Passport 9500IX, the wrong usb cable used to update the detector was sent to me, I called and spoke to David and immediately they corrected the problem by shipping out the correct cable.

My experience with them was less than Sterling. But to be fair it wasnt their fault.It was their supplier whom is also a vendor on here. I guess Im just lucky LOL.
