Default high pressure power steering line

I have 2005 c-6 and have too many problems to list, anyway I just discovered the high pressure line to the power steering pump is leaking. Any thoughts would be of help.

Never replaced one in my Vette, did do one in my wife's Olds Intrique. One pain of the a$$.
Be careful of leaking ps fluid, it's highly flamable. One of the leading causes of car fires. If it comes in contact with a hot manifold or block it can flame up.

SM makes it sound simple in the instructions:

Remove the power steering pump pulley. Refer to Power Steering Pump Pulley Replacement.
Remove the power steering pressure hose (2) from the power steering pump (1).
Remove the power steering pressure hose (2) from the power steering gear.
Remove the power steering pressure hose (2) from the vehicle.

However, the end of the hose attached to the pump is in an inconvenient location and not easy to get to. Pull the left front wheel and you can see where it is on the pump.
