Jeff Hardy's wife has ask the forum to inscribe his brick..
I received this email today from Jeff Hardy's wife Marjorie. Any input would be helpful. The brick will have five lines with 16 spaces per line.
Dear Rick. My sincere apologies for not getting back to you until now. This morning Jeff's ashes were buried at Fort Rosecrans Cemetery in San Diego with military honors. He served in the USNavy during the Vietnam war.
After much discussion with my son, Jeffrey, we feel that we would be honored if you and any other member(s) of the Corvette Forum you think appropriate would compose the brick's inscription as the FORUM'S tribute to Jeff. It is from you all to him and we think it would be more meaningful if it is in your own words. We hope we are not complicating things! If you feel more comfortable we would love to see the final layout before production.
Thank you and The Forum again. We are most grateful for your efforts in honoring Jeff.
With appreciation!

Rick,
This is tough since I wasn't personally aquainted with Jeff, but there should be mention of thanks for all the help that Jeff provided the Forum Members and the Corvette community as a whole.

How about something like ... Jeffy Hardy ran a website that allowed us to find a new Corvette Nationwide. RIP Jeff.

I went to NCM website early last week. I was going to make a donation for his (whatever). I thought it was going on a bench along the walkway.....
Anyway, is it paid now? I could not find the 'Jeff Hardy' memorial (bench/brick) fund.....Tim
