Maybe the C7 will get a 454? GM has to come up with something to keep up with Ford. I think it is insult to GM that a Mustang will have more HP than a Vette?

My guess is that C7 high performance will come from multi-valve, direct-injected, forced-induction motors with fewer cubic inches. Thing is, I bet that will make more HP than the current LS7. So the LS7 "427" may be seen only as a dinosaur that survived extinction longer than the others, and a salute to the good old days, but no pinnacle of performance or technology.

This car is owned by Hendrick and will probably stay with him. We don't know. We do know that THIS car did not sell today.
