We are on our second spoiler from GM and both are missing the mounting tape. Have any of you experienced this? Kind of frustrating!

First I would use the extra studs but you can find 3M double sided tape at your local Home Depot or Autozone.

Just got mine installed 2 days ago. I got it from Chris @ Superior Chevy, Kansas City and it had both the tape along with the bolts.

My local dealer where I get all my parts is getting them through his ADI. Supposedly they are coming straight from the manufacturer.

Sorry, I can't help you, I don't tape my spoilers on, they use real nuts and bolts

I don't see that the tape is really needed if you use the outer nuts and bolts but it was included with the spoiler so I used both.
