Get in touch with BOSE and see if they repair. Do a Google search on who repairs factory radios. Years back there were company's that did such. I have sent car radios out for repair back when. Use to be like a two week turnaround. Do some looking.

It may be cheaper to buy a used unit on the BST forum. They go for about $100 shipped. However, you will have to pay the Stealership to program your VIN into the replacement. So maybe a repair would be cheaper in the end.

May be an omen to consider a aftermarket replacement head.

Just a Kenwood aftermarket head. You can get them anywhere for a price.
