Need help with my Rear View Mirror
My rear view mirror on my 2012 Grand Sport fell off. There is what appears to be a triangle type cam mount on the windshield with what looks like a snap ring type attachment on the mirror. Can anyone assist me on how to re-attach the mirror to the cam mount? Thanks in advance.

Hold the mirror up to the windshield with it turned at an approx 45 degree angle. Simultaneously push it onto the windshield mount and turn it to level.

I would let the dealer do that. Seems simple but I broke my windshield trying to follow the instructions on mounting a mirror. Pushed just a little too hard and there was a loud cracking noise. Besides there could be something else wrong. You have a bumper to bumper warranty that covers it.

I'm with "Bill" on this about the dealer, as it's common for the mounting spring pins to bend out of shape on these. Keep in mind, the auto dimming/compass mirrors are $350 bucks. Plus, if the mirror fell off, dangling from the wires, could be some damage there too.
