Got My HUD installed in Dallas by Andrew
I like to thank Andrew for installing my HUD on Friday night. I had a great time talking with him. He showed me how to operate the HUD and the different functions with it. I would like to add for others getting this done to double check your car for any tools or extra wire harness that he might leave in it. The picture does not do it justice. It is a very nice and clear display on a non-HUD winshield that can be seen at night and bright sunlight. The HUD
Thanks again Andrew.
It is very difficult to get a camera to focus on the display.

I found the best way to get a good picture is to actually zoom in as the camera thinks its 20 miles away for some reason lol.
As for tools and such... I am really bad about that. I don't know how many screw drivers etc... I've given away with a HUD install lol.
Glad you like. I've done 4 Blue HUD installs in the past 4 days. Brings my total HUD installs to 75 now. I wonder what I should do for the 100th person?

The color HUD's are very cool, The biggest issue is trying to get a proper photo of them that really shows how awesome they actually are.

Look nice, congrats.
I already have the factory HUD, but I am curious. How does he install it? Does he take the dash off, and where does he put the buttons to operate?
Thanks,
John

It's almost impossible to remove the dash with out breaking something and I don't want to be responsible for squeeks etc... Also keeps the price down. As for the buttons to operate they go in the same place that the factory ones go. Just replace the blanks. All parts except the harnesses are factory replacement parts.
