While the car will be fine at that power level, your driver's license might not...

Final pricing, TBD:

Is Callaway raising prices for 2013 models? If not, why should there be any difference in price from a 2012 652HP package? After all, it's the same Z06 from past years except is has a cloth top or am I missing something.

All that said, if the car had a removable or better yet retractable hard top like in my XLR-V I would be more interested. We have been saying for years that the Z06 and ZR1 could be made as a convertible.

Nice to see someone at GM is trying to give the masses what they have been asking for. Now all they have to do is offer the Z06 and ZR1 with a A6 and you will see sales increase significantly just like sales of the GS.

Let's hope the C7 offers choice of transmission and tops across the entire model line or I'm done with Chevy I'm afraid.

Sorry for trailing off topic a bit, I have not finished my second cup of coffee yet.

Tim,

At this time, there are no price increases planned. The vehicles which Callaway Dealer, Mike Furman (Criswell) and others have been ordering for the 2013 Model-Year, have all been accepted at 2012 Model-Year pricing

We hope you are enjoying your Callaway SC606 Grand Sport Corvette

Yes, could be...

We've gotten a few pre-orders for this model, and the pricing hasn't even been finalized from Chevrolet Should be quite the Corvette, and a Callaway, to boot

Looks like the first 60th Anniv. 427 convertible will roll down the line, the first day of production, then to Callaway for its SC652 conversion.

The buyer, took part in the PBC Build experience at Wixom this past week, then their engine will be sent to BG for sequencing. Cool!

For more on the SC652 package and Callaway Cars Inc., in general, please visit our site: www.callawaycars.com

Thanks!

Chris,
Tell the owner congrats.......that's one fine car.
I'm still waiting for a price from 4 dealers I've checked with.
Thanks for the ride this last weekend.

David, It was very nice to put a face with the name! Remembering your comment on how the torque from our SC606 Corvette seemed to lift the front end on acceleration, imagine our SC652 package on the new 427 Convertible!!
