Default Widebody Complete Lemans Blue z51

I want to thank Robert from RLSebring in pensacola for helping me make this widebody happen. I took my 2005 z51 and put on painted Oem Zo6 widebody on my z51 with no issues in fit or color. I know i left the zo6 emblems on but will remove when i get the z51 that look like the zo6 badge. The car looks awsome and did not have to sell my kidney to make it happen. I have some minor detail to do like add a loud mufflers and other upgrades but the widebody is done. the panels sold to me by Robert from RLSebring were near perfect and i want to thank him for coming from Pensacola and bringing the panels himself to make it happen. What other vendor does this. Here is a couple of pics hope you like them. Next on list mufflers,rims/tires.Thanks to Mcandrew67 for some pointers.

And the right size tires and wheels. How big a difference in rear wheel traction?

I got Nitto invo and they are like new and they need to get hot to grip but a great feel. I dont think they are made for a daily driver. Some say they wear out quick but well see. They grip the road though once they are hot.

I see a whole different car in my garage and gotta tell you that it looks awsome. If any of you are thinking about it i would say do it and know you only live once. Its fun when you piece together your own car. If you shop around for the pieces and have a good body shop you can make it happen.

Nice Which splashguards do you have on that? Are they on the front of the front wheel well as well as the rear of the front wheel well?

with OP. If you are on the fence about doing it, you will not regret it.

I did all the work myself. Very easy install. I started with only the rear.

Then I found the front fenders and bumper from the FOR SALE section of this forum. The were originally black, but I saved a ton of money on parts.

Yes. They are the factory GM Z06 splash guards. They do go in front of AND behind the front wheel. Looks like the OP has the same thing.

Hope this is not too tacky but about how much did this cost for the parts and the body shop to install?

Looks great!

Mine are the same as yours Marc. I was going to but some before doing the widebody. Like you said if you shop around it does not cost as much as people say. Good paint work on your car Marc.
