Hi,
This kit will help you convert your Base C6 to ZR1 style. Body panels are based on OEM parts so they have same shape/flare/width as factory panels. The comment of side skirts fitting only for ZR1, Z06 and GS, just means that you would need to have the wide body [ZR1,Z06,GS] fenders and quarter panels on the car in order to fit the side skirts, these are the very same panels that are included in this ZR1 conversion kit so you are good to go.

I just ordered the zr1 wheels 20*12 and 19*12 with new Nitto tiers. Obviously the wheels are not going to fit my base c6 due to the offset of the wheels and width. They recomanded me to get a wider body kit like the zr1. What i'm not really sure of, is the kit going to fit the wheels i Ordered and be set to go ?

Just to help you out here, 20x12 rear wheels is fine on the rear, but you can't do 19x12 front wheels. Well you can but they will stick out and you will crack your front fender when you bottom out. You really need 19x10 front wheels with maybe a 275 or a 285 front tire. I have run a 295 front tire before.

THis kit
I have actually ordered it and man they are awesome the only problem is that there are some missing part you would have to order it as addition. Its the flaps !!. But over all the kit is amazing and i have them installed in my car. My body shop said that this kit is the best kit he has ever put on a car. it fits perfectly and everything was smooth.
About the price: at first i though i was fake but the reason why its cheap is that they send it to you from Mexico which will take about 3-4 weeks. Or less it depends.
If you are planing to get a kit i would totally recommended it from them !!
