Hi
Hi, guys. I just purchased a set of Forgiato "Tello" Rims for my C6,,,,20 front/22 inch rear... with a near 4inch lip....3 piece rims a lot of $$"mulaaaa"$$. Have not installed as of yet.. Can take back as long as no install. What do you guys think. They look really big, and fragile. Will I destroy these in a pot hole. Will they be hard to get them an alignment. Maybe you guys can help me make the final decision, before I pull the trigger and keep them,....

Slow down junior , Everyone on this forum used to make fun of the extra widebody kit like supervettes and now some are coming out of the closets and buying them. So they might be changing their minds on these bigger back wheels. Obuma sux by the way.

My buddy bought a custom c6 convertible from a guy with a 3 million dollar house and suite and tie on, that had 22's on the rears. He hit a pot hole and busted the rear quarter panel on the driver side. So I would not run a 22 on c6.

Love too see pics of these, the key as to whether they will fit is in the offset, are they for a C6 coupe or Z06? If they are for C6 coupe offset needs to be +56 (front) +79 (rear)

Without seeing the wheels on the Vette, I am going to say 22 inch diameter wheels will look out of proportion on a C6.
As far as the wheels being fragile, I would say you would need to be careful not to hit pot holes like you would with other expensive wheels.

Unmodified C8 of the Year 2021 Finalist
here you go
Nice wheel .... the black wheels with the silver satin
finish would look great on a Z06.
$ 1,166 per wheel and $ 4,664 a set is kinda costly.
WOW ..... but still a nice wheel.

Won't comment on the style of wheel - chrome, black, lips, convex or concave - all a matter of taste.
In terms of diameter though two things:
20 inch is about as big as you can go from a proportion standpoint - anything bigger only looks OK on a much larger vehicle
and
22 inch rims leaves you almost no room for tires - you'll be running tires so low in profile, it's just not practical.

I run a set of Forgiatos on my C6 coupe - 20's on the front, 22's on the rear. I have had them on the car for a year and have had not issues with the wheels or the tires. They built the wheels to fit my car, fitment is the key. They guaranteed they would fit or the they would either fix or refund the money... I pay closer attention the roads and avoid potholes ad road debris because it is a very low profile on the rear. You can go to the Forgiato website and look at the vettes they have on there.

Drifting
Not
I had three piece 19/20 HRE 3 pc. They did bend a little. 20/22 will be heavy and may bend. they will also slow you down and make you worry about the condition of the road. I have and suggest forged 1 pc wheels. They look larger because the design goes all the way to the edge of the wheel. Concave is the new trend and big lip is not so much.
But they say do whatcha like!
Forgiato 1 pc
