Technically that is the 60th Anniversary Design Package (RPO Z25)
All 2013's have 60th Anniversary exterior badges, sillplates and cluster logos on all models.
The one in the picture has RPO Z27: 427 Heritage Package, includes Satin Black hood stripe and 427 logo floor mats

Also, if I'm not mistaken, all 427 'verts with the 60th Anniv. package (RPO Z25) also come with cybergrey headlight surrounds.

Hmmm. Gary, that sounds like the level of understanding of one considering adding such a machine to his stable. . . . . .
