Default Jack Stands?

Need recommendations on Jack Stands- I have purchased the Jacking Pucks and want a good jack stand. Thoughts?

I have a 2006 Z06...

Thanks in advance!

Just make sure you get a good quality stand that can handle the weight as already mentioned . My wife bought be a good set when I first purchased my C5 (about 7 years ago). I am now using them on my C6. Sometimes my car may be up on them for a week at a time, so you want ones that are well made.

When you use those Esco stands, do you use a jacking pad on top of it, or just don't bother with a pad?

Why would you pay much more to get them through Northern tool?

Harbor Freight, $24.99 for a pair of 3 Ton jack stands

Had a coupon bought 4 stands for $31.98. My car has been up on them for over a week with no problems.

You have to use the standard "hockey puck" also as the pad on the top of the Esco stand is to big.

That's what I use also. They came as a set with the 3 ton floor jack they sell.
