Does it have the same footprint and bolt pattern as an OEM ZR1 spoiler?

I have a factory installed ZR1 on my Grand Sport and would like to avoid drilling more holes or having a "shadow" in the paint of where the old spoiler was.

Thank you

I apologize for any confusion as I was down and out with a flu type thing until yesterday and slept most of the time. I only turned on the computer yesterday......I will have more at this price in two weeks.

Like to know the answer to this. I'm not thrilled about drilling any new holes in the bumper cover.
