I've used Paul's instructions on removing the interior door panels and the whole process went without a hitch.

Thanks for that! I was able to remove the door panel with your instructions to determine what was rattling there. Turned out to be 4 of the trim pins were broken. I moved a good one temporarily to the front where they were all broken and am ordering some to take care of the issue. Fortunately, I had all the required tools including a trim removal prying tool I got ages ago for my 94 Firebird

(Yes, I am aware the thread was very old, but the information was timeless!)
