All C6s have Traction Control and Active Handling. Competition Mode turns off TC and loosens AH. Off Mode turns off TC and AH.
I don't know what button on the dash you are pushing, but the TC button on the C6 is on the center console, just aft of the shifter.

I am talking about the dime sized button on the console. It has a picture of a car with squiggly lines behind it- the same as the warning light on the dash.

Nevermind----I see what happened. When I had new tires put on the front last week, one of the tires still shows that it is flat. (Remember me asking about this?) In the book it says that if one of the tires shows flat, the competition mode is unavailable. Sorry. I couldn't find that part in the book before.
