Default NPP Exhaust Z06 vs ZR1

Does anyone know if the stock NPP exhaust for the Z06 and ZR1 is the same? Do they sound different with the flaps open?

First, your terminology. NPP does not apply to the Z06 or ZR1 bi-mode mufflers. NPP is exclusive to the LS3 engine.

Prior to 2011, the Z06 mufflers were/are different. In stock configuration they are quieter than either the NPP or ZR1 mufflers. Starting in 2011 the Z06's got a "similar" muffler to the ZR1. I have no independent knowledge, only what has been discussed here, but it appears the 2011+ Z06 mufflers are a different part number than the ZR1 but most say they now sound the same.

Z06 2011 is the same as the ZR1 cans, love the ZR1 cans on our Coupe
