this color is one of the hardest to capture on film

And yes I felt the 60th aniversary emblems were missing ...I thought the spot was appropriate

Great start - lots of different wheel choices on the first few posts already...I'm seriously thinking of getting the chrome wheels but have quite a few "advisors" telling me the stock rims don't look all that bad w/ the color...i'm on the fence..time will tell at this point!

Tony - i like those side bages!

I need to do some pictures with my car as well.

Anyone got any under a street light? They look amazing at night.

these are the factory badges off the 427 aniversary edition. I don't know about anyone else but i thought they should be there , it states 60th when we open our doors on the sill and on the gauges so...they are not cheap, I think about 47.00 a piece

threre's one of the speed lingerie bra

[IMG][/IMG]

When i installed the bra I was lucky that ken Fichtner and his staff allowed me to attach the mounts while it was on the hoist. That really helped with the initial install...Not much room to install the tape and snaps while its on the ground. I also had the mechanic give me a tour under the car as to how the oil was changed

I originally purchased it for the 2500 mile trip home but when I took it off I was surprised to see the screen on the intakes kept the bugs ,and there were many thousand of them from reaching the radiator /evaporator so after a wash I went ahead and reinstalled the bra. I got my first rock chip this weekend ,of course just above the bra on the hood...lol

Where? Link maybe?

And still, your pic shows exactly why our cars need a good (and good looking) bra...not pumped about having to put one on, but as a DD, crossing a bridge daily, tons of trucks throwing out sh*t, including tire chunks, and with various bug-suicides, I learned hard lessons with my JSB coupe.

Also, am soooo glad I installed the GS splash guards from RPI...already, I see all of the crap they're taking hits on, that used to just stroll down the side of the car, partly due to the run-craps grabbing every speck or pebble...Why GM didn't think that far ahead still baffles me.

Thanks

I was waiting for the rpi abs versions but I gave up waiting so when the apisis version went on sale I pulled the trigger , they do fit like a glove ...the 60 emblems I ordered when I got my tpw..It recquired a vin from a 427 for my dealer here in town to come up with them , I'll find the receipt and post the part numbers

I actually filed a complaint with GM when they called me for a survey as to why such an expensive car damages it self while driving it . They gave me a number to call ...I still need to call it
