Default How to scare your friend

We rented the track a while back and a friend of mine wanted to run his ZR1 down the track between our runs. After a while he got a little discouraged about his performance and asked me to run his car down the track. I told him sure thing but I only know one way to run a car down the track is he ok with that?? He said sure no problem so I made a couple passes with his car. Forget about any kind of traction out of the factory tires, 1-3 gear are like driving on ice. If you listen you can hear the women get spooked and they said he turn white as a ghost as the car started fishing down the track. The second pass was better but I need to dig around for the video. Of course while it was going on it seemed like a big deal, but the video is pretty tame. Now he brings this story up and gives me a hard time about almost putting his car in the wall. I am sure by next year the story will be “ I blew the engine and spun the car 4 times before hitting the wall”

I can't decide which is more repulsive... your avatar or your driving skills!

I have no idea. The night before we rented the track the lights and timing system went down. Of course they did not tell us this until we showed up at the track. planning a free weekend and getting two different car shops to attend and tune is no easy task for us, so they had us. We paid to race with an ARM DROP. All I can tell you is the ZR1 ran 135-139mph as best as I could tell from the HUD. I was not happy and I will not be spending any more money with them.

That's wild. Riding with someone is different than driving the car yourself....you're totally in someone else's hands. I brought a friend to the Inde Motorsports Ranch (road course)....he rode with me one session but wasn't anxious to do it again. He said something about forgetting to bring his adult diapers.

My car is an auto I do not drive a standard! I have driven this car one time on the street at legal speed limits about a year before the day the video was taken. So to go from my car and step into a ZR1 and put down some monster first pass would be a pipe dream.

As for my Avatar I could not care less if it offends! Trust me when I say I have paid more than my fair share in taxes and have earned the right to voice my opion. Dont hate me because I refuse to drink the Cool-aid and buy into the "hope & change BS ".

Maybe so, but there are women and kids on here and we aren't supposed to voice political opinions. Plus, he is the President of the United States. You should change it.

He may be the President, but we have the right to voice our opinions. To add my 2 cents,we haven't had a good President in over 100 years. For that matter, same goes for the Senators. Repeal the 17th Amendment !!

This thread had nothing to do with the President or the election. This is just typical left wing BS. I am sure before they are done wagging their finger they will call me a racist and homophobic.

If your want to get America back o n track all you have to do is make a few changes for the better

First off pass a law that if you are receiving a government hand out you will forfeit your right to vote. If you don't pay in you should not have a say in what is done.

Second, do away with with income tax and go to a fed sales tax. Hey you get taxed on what you spend, what could be more fair than that?

Third, if you must show an ID to buy beer you must show one to vote.

Fourth: if you want government aid you must pass a drug test and do at least 2 hours of community service a week.

Fifth, no one should be allowed to serve as the president unless they have served in the military. How are you going to send people to war and you have never served yourself. I don't care what party it is.

This should get the ball rolling in the right direction.
