In dire need of instructions how to get lenses off my c6 headlights! please help
I just got lucky and found a pair of used headlights in black with the normal bad lenses. I want to replace the lenses. Very mechanically in clined so work should not be an issue, just want to avoid any un-necessary breakage while taking them apart. Can someone please send me the instructions. I will be buying the lenses but that will be later on as I am thinking of putting those new cathode halos on from Oracle. So I need the intructions first as this is a winter project. Thank you for you help in advance. Surely someone has the instructions save on this forum!! thanks and let me know

There is a video floating around here some where of how to do it. You have to bake them in the oven to soften the glue then start prying the lens off. It takes a lot of work but that's how it's done.
Contact RLSebring. He does a lot of them.

Once you get them off the car changing the lenses are another story. Not too much for instructions, but as EvRose stated I believe you do have to put them in the oven to soften the glue. Glue type is mentioned in this thread.

Your right thats why I added the second link. Could not find any instructions on lens removal. Forum vendor RLsebring is the expert on lenses. You can find his profile in the thread I posted. GL.
