Default What is the best way to tighten valve stems on the wheels on or the off the vette?

I'm have a very slow leak in left rear wheel and believe it the valve stem is not tight enough. I did not know if should take the wheel off and tighten. Any help would be great.

No need to remove the wheel from the car to tighten it.

You will need a deep socket to go over top, do no overtighten, just snug.

Torque spec is 62 INCH LBS. Over tighten and you can damage it or it will leak more...

I had a similar leak in my right rear that turned out to be a not properly tightened valve stem nut and torqued all of mine using a deep socket to the torque spec listed above and now 2 years later still holds air the same on all four wheels.
