What one does for snow....
From a corvette owner that used to be a police officer... you take your corvette while your sitting in it warming it up in the morning with snow on the windshield. You take your key, turn it to off pull it out go in house and make some coffee. There is under no circumstances any reason you should try and drive your vette in snow it makes no sense. Heavy *** end ,tons of HP wide fat tires with street tread
Forget it stay home, its dumb to try.?

Big HP+wide summer tires+low ground clearance+light weight= TERRIBLE WINTER VEHICLE. My solutions are a 2013 Mercedes $Matic sedan and a 2012 Ford F250 Lariat 6.7 diesel 4x4, GREAT WINTER VEHICLES.

This has to be one of the stupidest things I've heard in a long time. Geeesh drive a plastic car in the snow. Just pour gas on it and light it up if you want to get rid of it so bad.

In all seriousness, if someone lives where they actually get a lot of snow and cant afford a second vehicle that's appropriate for the season......they really should sell it....
Three inch ground clearance, wide tires, rear wheel drive, light weight, snow and ice =

Living in Tennessee we do not get much snow, but we do get our share of ice and sleet. When they call for bad weather they put down brine and/or salt.
With chromies on the Vette I keep her in the garage until the brine and salt gets washed away.

ZR1 > on snow = no traction
Notice how the snow isn't even that deep (est. 1" ?)

A Vette floundering in snow/ice is indeed a pitiful sight. Can you imagine all the derisive laughs that poor Vette owner must be giving all those other drivers waiting for him to get out of the way. Rain OK. Ice/snow just park it.

Its true Po Po! 100% accurate! Here in Arizona I even installed a splitter to help cut through the snow as Im blindly flying down the interstate and well over the posted speed limit! Before I used to just kinda smash through the snow but now with the splitter I just throw is up into the air like a blazin' ball of cocaine flying down the road!
YOLO!
