In your opinion....The best looking Corvette ever?

My 06 grey over silver convertible of course...but to be fair, take a look at these. Hard to beat a 58!

Even though I have a C6, the lines of the C3 are what really captured my attention as a youngling. I know the motor in the 80,81 and 82 C3 were a roach, but those are the lines that really encapsulate the Corvette form and styling for me.

Tough call. I think I'd have to vote for the C6 427 Convertible. But the mid-year cars are right there. I'd say because of the hood that a 67 427 is tough to beat for the best looking.....I think I'll call it a tie. Thirty years from now it will be easier to see if the C6 stands up to the test of time like the mid-years.

63 Split for me. Not the best car, but the best looking for me. Our C6's are really the best cars. Handling, performance, quietness, mileage, pollution or lack there of, braking, features, dependability, warranty, etc.
I'd never be that nice of a boss.
Cuz they are UGLY.

Nothing against the Split-window or the '69, but to me, this is hands-down, not only the best-looking Vette or all-time, but the best-looking car of all-time.
Just look at it.
Just look at it.

Any 63-67 followed by the C5 Z06.
The C6 has grown on me to the point I finally bought one but not a fan of the wide body cars and I know I am in the minority on that one but to each their own.

Maybe to some not so knowledgable Corvette owners.
BUT nothing had a greater impact on Corvettes racing gig than the "banned from SCCA racing for years" because the C4 kicked Ferrari and Porsche's rears during those years.
I still keep this one in my garage and it's a beauty but handles super quick like a go-cart......to me.
I don't think any Corvette is ugly. Although there are plenty of different models that are just plain hot looking!
Even though I do have other Vettes.

The best looking vette is the 1958 Convertible. But if I had a choice of owning any vette it would be the 1967 Convertible with the L88 engine. Yet I expect and hope that the best is yet to come.

I am with you, pretty much. Only on looks, I prefer the 1957, as it is cleaner with single headlights. But the 58 (and 59 & 60) drove better. Back in the day I always thought the 58 was just a little too fussy, where the 59 & 60 cleaned it up a little (the 62 cleaned it up too much). I currently own an 09 coupe, which I like a lot.
