Default What did you do this weekend?

Saturday: Corvette cruise / Christmas toy drive. Nearly 140 corvettes, police escorted cruise! Caravan farther than the eye could see.

Sunday: Drag Racing at OSW. Arrived at 11:30, got only one run in at 2:30, but it was a new best for me. Lots of great corvettes there.

not the best weather so
I worked on a project for my grandson

I bought this battery operate C5 on EBAY for 15.00
cant give the little dude a pink Vette
So I tweaked it a little LOL

No more pink

Its now Torch Red

Base coat clear coat with correct paint code too!
I need to buff it out, toss some black carpet on the floor, install the little vinyl door panels I make and the new black vinyl seat. We ordered a brand new battery on Friday.

The wait for Xmas to see the reaction

I drove the vette to Cape May NJ for the weekend. Took the Christmas tour of B & B's and had a great dinner at the Washington Inn.

On the plus side, looks like your shifting arm/shoulder is still in one piece.
