You realize that the LS3/LS7 and ZR1 have a Donaldson filter in it, right?

Yep ... Zr1 media flows more cfm than ls3/7

I assume you're installing in a ZR1 housing, because it's also a little larger than the LS3/7.

While not a direct fit, i thought guys had no drop in issues or sealing in a z06 air bridge. I have both a z06 and stock ls3 air bridge. Is this incorrect???

The Z06 and LS3 share the same filter housing (LS3 with the silencer). Some have installed the ZR1 filter in the Z06/LS3 housing with a tight fit, possibly squishing the media material. I wonder if doing so affects the air flow?

It's also a pretty big price to pay to get slightly less filtration along with a minimal increase in available airflow. Since the Z06/LS3 filter is already sized (capable airflow) sufficiently to handle the needs of the larger cubed and higher reving LS7, it's overkill for the LS3.
