Default Firestone WO RFTs

For the base C6, what is the best deal one can expect on the carry out price of Wide Oval RFT assuming 245 front/285 rear?

The best I was able to get was around $1100 for all 4. Oddly enough it was a Goodyear tire and service center that beat out the local Firestone by $100 with a 10% off coupon.

You scored if you were able to get a set of the W.O. RFTs for $860.

I've had two sets. Good tire. Don't remember what I paid for them. I remember the local Firestone store sold them for the same price as Tire Rack.

Get the price from TireRack. Most Firestone dealers will meet or beat it.

As part of my purchase deal for my 06 vert in July the dealer installed four new WO RFs but the invoice only listed all zeros instead of the retail price so I'm not sure how much they cost. Have just over 4,000 on them so far and couldn't be happier. Quiet and very grippy.

I agree, very grippy above 50 degrees. Last week it was about 40 degrees and it was hard to launch, 1-2 shifts that left more than a few yards of rubber on the pavement.

This past Sat and Sun was 75 degrees and wow, they stuck great! Minor chirps and great launches without too much spin.

I appreciate the responses. I got a deal for $990 + tax. They will do the mount and balance for $95 at a later date if I buy from them now. Think I might go with this deal.

My Wide Oval RFT's were installed 2 years ago @ $1200 out the door ...20K miles and plenty of tread left. Also, any summer performance tire will not grip at lower temperatures

I'm more than a little confused as to how you guys are getting such great deals. Firestone's web site shows $1176 just for the tires. That doesn't include mounting, balancing, TPMS, or taxes. Am I missing something here?

Thanks. I actually just had a full set of Michelin Pilot Sport A/S run flats installed two weeks ago. I appreciate your offer though.
