I like satin black better than gloss black.
You can see them better. IMO
With lip stripe too

Black or Gray for me.... I'm actually considering doing Black "Plasti-Dip" on my Comp Grays. I can always peel it off....

Sounds like you might want to follow my line-
I went with TSW Nurbrurgrings because they are:
A. Beautifully designed
B. Low(ish) weight- same weight as the original forged "gumby" wheels
C. Available in near perfect sizes/ offsets
D. Strong
E. Well priced!

But like you, I wanted BLACK, not gun metal so I had them powder coated gloss black.

Pics can be found in my "Hello" thread:

I like the ones with the red stripe on the lip and also the black chrome ones. Of course, it depends on the color of your car and how you plan to pull it all together. IMO black wheels are a bit more tricky to pull off, but when you do they really make the car stand out.

Good luck,

I'd just like to say I hate both grandpas (stop fleecing the country with Social Security and Medicare!) and young whippersnappers (get off my lawn!), and that I like both chrome and black.
