Excellent...car looks great. Enjoy. That color will really pop once you clean it up.

Thank you. Yeah, I hope so, it's gonna take some work to get the scratches out, nothing that will catch a nail, but they really show under my garage lights.

Only concern I have at the moment, is the oil pressure. It's about 70psi at 1500rpm, my Coupe ran 40, and my Z06 ran about 50. 70 seems high to me, but the outside temp is 15 degrees, and the oil temp never reached 130 all the way home from Indy, bout 80 mile drive.

That's what you tell your wife, but you can't tell us you 'came out ahead' . Anyway, hope you didn't lose your a$$ on the trade. Buying the new one cheaper also means selling the old one cheaper. But you only live once .

Not desirable, but normal. Our GSs have the same oil cooler your Z had. But newer Zs (and ZR1s) have a new cooler that runs thru the radiator, so it actually heats the oil in winter. But might be hotter in summer. The best solution would be ours with a thermostat IMO.

Enjoy your new beast man. I'm almost done modding my '12 (changing to Carbotech padlets now), and am very happy with it. Good luck.

I actually did, but I am happy now, and I can't say I was with my 2011. Well, like I said, the oil temp never got above 130, so I expect to see the pressure drop when it warms up some. I did some checking here, and it seems cold pressure does run around 70ish. And thank you.

Congrats on the new GS!

Sorry about the swirls. I had the Sam issue with my last new car. Some stupid shop monkey had apparently wiped it down with a dirty damn rag. Car was a mess. I had to take it back and have them buff it.
