We entered about the same time. I hit Great Lakes on Thanksgiving Day 1969. I think the temp was about -10 degrees or at least it felt like it. In 1973 I left SH-3D's at Quonset Pt and got in to P3's at Patuxent River. Drove a Norton Commando and crap brown Plymouth Gold Duster. Retired in 1989.

Burning Brakes
Served 24 years; retired Sergeant Major. Currently working in civil service for 10 years in Germany. Oh, BTW...I am on my third Corvette while living & working in Germany!
