question about the original window sticker
I recently bought my pre-owned 2012 coupe from a local dealer. I asked if he had the original manufactureres window stcker and he didn't, of course, because he got the car as a trade-in.Through some detective work on my part, I found out who the original dealer was, in California, and talked with a sales guy and gave him the vin, etc. He was very sincere and actually did some research also but came up with nada.
I also found a website that can reproduce these stickers but it only went up tp the 2010 model year.
any ideas on where I should look next or is it a lost cause?

NCM that's where i got mine. They also have cool options of engraving it on wood and a metal copy of window sticker too if i remember correctly. They are a lot of money though...

Well, I just went on their website but didn't see a paper version of the sticker. In the text part of their blurb it says $45 for non members but as you scroll down the price list of items , it isn't there and I don't want to spend the money for the metal one or laser etched one. am I missing something here?

the NCM offers a window sticker & build sheet combo ...
I think you need to purchase both if you want the window sticker, but the build sheet
can be purchased separately if you only want that...

At the link below, the price list at the bottom of the page lists: "1981 to current Window Sticker/Build sheet combo, NCM Member Price $75, Non-member Price $90". This should be the paper copies of both. Lamination for the Build Sheet and Window Sticker are extra at $5 each and there are boxes to check for the lamination of each.

Go back to the Chevrolet dealer you bought the car from and ask them to get you a duplicate window sticker from GM. They can do this and it is free.
