Default MTI Racing Six Shooter Sequential Transmission Conversion System

MTI Racing proudly announces their new Six Shooter Sequential Transmission Conversion System. This conversion comes complete with everything you will need for no-lift, clutch-less upshifts and automatic rev-matching down shifts. The conversion system is comprised of:

- sequential transmission
- shifter
- shift linkage
- load cell shift ****
- neutral/reverse lockout
- electronic control unit (ECU)

Corvette platforms currently supported include: C5, C6, C6 Z06, and ZR1. The upgraded transmission fits without vehicle modification and bolts directly to a factory differential and driveline.

MTI Racing has partnered with Pfitzner Performance Gearboxes (PPG) for this exciting endeavor. PPG is an Australian based company with a well-built reputation as being one of the world’s leading providers of gears for track and motorsports. Specifically, PPG supplies many of the gears for the Australian V8 Super Cars Series. With over 600 HP, these cars see massive abuse every time they take the track.

Think how long it takes to blink your eye just once; the average speed is about 300 milliseconds. With shift times as low as 50 milliseconds, gear changes are done in a fraction of the time that it takes to complete one blink of the eye. This gives you, the driver, the ability to shift faster than other drivers and creates a true competitive edge over your opponents.

While the full video is still in production, enjoy the intro video created from our exciting test program. Stay tuned for updates!

Probably a dumb question but why not just use an AT? Then your hand doesn't even have to leave the wheel.

That was pretty Bad@SS! Very cool..

Obviously a few questions...like cost...maintaince and service requirements and if its solely for the street or the track? k

Noise levels for street use? Installation time? Does the street version look like the race version?

no matter what that was a really cool video and great fun to watch..

Looking forward to more information on this device...
