I think it depends on if you want Nav and / or Bluetooth

I just went with a DDX319, no nav and no bluetooth. 419 has bluetooth if you want it. Keep in mind the 319 and 419 are being discontinued. Good deals to be had on these two if you can find them.

What else are you doing? Speakers? Amps? You don't really need a new head unit. You can get good signal off the stock head unit.

I dont need nav/bluetooth.

I Only want to play dvd's and get away from the stock ugly 6 disk cd changer.

Im gonna stick with the stock speakers. Im not running amps/woofers.

Speak to dennis at double d mods and he will steer you in the right direction as well as pre wire your unit for an easy plug and play install.
