Difference between 2011 Vs 2013 GS w/3LT
Hello,
So I found a nice 2011 grandsport 3LT with only 3k on the ticker. It looks to be nearly the same as the 2013 GS 3LT at my dealer. The 2013 has the checker flag embroidered on the seats. The shape of the seat itself maybe a little different. The 2011 has grandsport embroidered on the center arm rest.
Anything I'm missing ? Mechanically ? Any known issues of that year model ?

Seats in the 2013 are different/better. If you search you will find several posts by folks who want to install the new sport seats in their older cars.

The 2013 will also have the 60th anniversary badging and if an auto the shifts have been improved to be quicker and more firm. Oh.....and improved sound system with two more speakers too.

You should consider what’s left on the ’11 warrantee vs a new car factory warrantee.

Buy the 2013. I traded my 2011 coupe in on a 2013 GS coupe auto this last Dec. and the new car is impoved a lot. Rattle issues on bad roads is improved. Electric gremlims are gone. No oil smell also. Panel fit is better. My car is a DD i spend a lot of time in it.

Check with Tommy Jr at Macmulkin Chevy..at least go on their site & see his insane prices..He lists the price BEFORE loyalty & other private offers..You can get a nice new 2LT car for about $50k...The one I found from him is a 1LT car for 44.6k..More reasonable for my budget
