Would 19 and 20's work 285-30-19 front 345-25-20 rear on 12 Grand Sport?

Not sure but don't think those are 19's and 20's.

I run 19 -20" vossens and they look great. So unanswered to your question they would work just fine.

Should be zero issues and look sharp. I'm running 19/20's with 275/345 combo on my C6 w/ B&B rear quarters.

A bigger wheel is heavier and requires you to run a thinner tire.

It depends on your definition of "better".

I have 19 & 20 and run the tires mentioned. They look great but you give up a little cushion because of the low profile tires.
