Final Build Numbers by Model
I have not seem this posted yet, if it has I am sorry, but I just read thsi a few minutes ago. The final build numbers have been released and the top model is the Grand Sport Coupe no real surprise at 4,908, next is the Standard Coupe at 2,597 then the 427 Convertible at 2,552. In forth place is the Grand Sport Convertible at 1,736 then come the Standard Convertible at 720. The ZR1 comes in 6th place with 482 and finally the Z06 with 471.
All the talk on the C7 forum is when will the Z06 and ZR1 be coming, with sales numbers like that it maybe a while till we see either. I actually believe that GM will come out with some new production model base on the LT1 engine, but I am not sure it will be a Z06 or ZR1.

I think there were two reason for the increase be it a small increase but an increase, was first the 427 convertible option and also maybe the last year of the C6. Like in my original post I find that with the numbers down on the Z06 and ZR1 ever since the introduction of the Grand Sport, may be an indication that GM's next performance Corvette may be something totally new.

Those ZO6 and ZR1 numbers look like ZR-1 in 1995. It would seem to me that a change is coming. Marketing principals and resulting sales will determine the upcoming models. Maybe only one will survive.
