Default Z06 H pipe to LS2 Exhaust Manifolds

Are the (2 bolt) flanges the same on the LS2 as on the Z06 or do I have to put Z06 flanges on my LS2 Manifolds? Anyone who has put the 3"
system (H PIPE and Mufflers) on their LS2 and kept the LS2 stock manifolds. Wondering if there is an issue with the swap or if its a direct swap. Thanks

That will NOT work what-so-ever...totally different.

If you want to run a zo6 H-pipe you need the LS7 (zo6 motor) manifolds and cat pipes.

I have some for sale if you're interested. LS7 manifolds and cats in excellent condition $350 plus exact shipping.

The power gain comes from the manifolds, not really the gain in pipe size. LS7 manifolds are basically shorty headers.

As cheap as you can find LS7 exhaust manifolds I would grab a pair if youre looking at doing 3" exhaust

These are LS7 manifolds with the "cover" cut off.... These are NOT mine, the ones I have are 100% stock. Just to show you that they are a pretty good design.

Not a direct swap.
There are 7 pieces to the exhaust system;

L & R exhaust manifolds
L & R catalyic convertors
Mid pipe
L & R axle back/mufflers

Can't change just parts at will, The LS7 mid pipe has to bolt to the LS7 cats, the LS7 cats have to bolt to the LS7 manifolds.
