New GS Hash Stripes
I just got my car back after having the hash stripes installed as well as a ZR1 spoiler. I was on the fence about the stripe color and after some of you posting pics of your GS with stripes for me, I changed my mind and went with the silver (instead of white). Thanks to all that posted pics!
I also changed my mind from the full length spoiler to the ZR1 spoiler and I am very happy with how it turned out. CF is such a big help!

For many reasons.
1. It was a free install and if something went wrong with me doing the stripes I was on my own dime.
2. Time. It is racing season around here and right now I'm so busy I would have not been able to get to it for awhile. I've built many American V-8 motors and complete race cars as well as restored muscle cars so it's not like it out of my scope of work.
3. Work has me very busy right now and the little time off I have we are either racing or getting stuff together for the next race. Anyone who races weekly will know what I'm talking about.

Thanks to all for the kind words. You can't go wrong with either silver or white hash stripes as they both look great on a GS. C'mon sunshine! Summer is trying to get here!

They both are GM parts. You can get the spoiler from some aftermarket vendors but the hash stripes are a GM only part. There are some aftermarket hash stripes out there but they are nowhere near the quality of the GM ones and when you look at the 2 side by side it is only more obvious as the quality difference is night and day, not even close. You get what you pay for.
