Chuck Cow Tune and Leaky Water Pump
Took the car to the dealership last fall for an oil change and checkup. I was informed that the water pump was sweating, nothing serious but it should be changed. OK., next spring, it is under warranty.
Put the original engine and transmission tune back in before I took it to the dealership, just in case. Turns out it was the thermostat, all fixed now, but they installed a new one, Ahhhh.
So, can I install Chuck's engine and transmission tune back in, or are the fans programmed so they will run all the time.
Can I just install the transmission tune and leave it for now.
Thanks.

The question was quite simple. The GM dealership took out the low
temp thermostat, fixed the leak, and put in a factory thermostat.
Now, can I install your engine tune back into the car, and the transmission tune ?
