Default Turn Signal Bulb Replacement

My left turn signal is out and I want to replace the bulb myself. First, is it difficult, second, what is the best way to pop the pins out on the access panel to open it up.

Thanks for the help!!

I like to remove the wheel but it can be done if you cut the wheel to the right or left depending on which side is out. (I'm betting it's the left front!) Use a screwdriver to pry up the pins, reach in and turn the bulb unit to the left. Many times I find out the bulb is ok but the socket is dirty or there is carbon build up . Just cleaning the socket could solve the problem. When putting the old or new bulb back ,coat it with some dialectric silicone.
