C6 Rear Wide Body???
Well i got rear ended in traffic on the interstate coming home from a car show in Baton Rouge. Insurance is covering all of the damages so i decided to order the z06 rear wide body conversion a pay the difference.
Heres my question:
I want to use my 18/19 tsw nurburgring, what size spacer will i need for the rear? 1.25 or 1.5???
Any input would be great!

I plan on slamming the car on with z06 shocks as well. Already had clearance problem with the TSW's on my C6. Don't want the same problem with my new fenders. Would 1.5 be a really tight fit?

I don't know what the offset wheels are, but if they stick further out than stock, that could be an issue.
The Z rear quarters are 1.5 inches wider than stock. I used 1.5" adapters on mine but my wheels had a factory offset.

16 Vettes and counting…..
C6 width 72.6"
C6 Z06 width 75.9"
1.65" wider per side
I'd go with 1.5 inch spacers

When I bought my wide booty the seller gave me the spacers to go along with it. I believe they are 1.25 if I remember correctly. They are on the car now and my 20x11 wheel sits perfectly flush with the rear panels.

If you're going with the Z06 quarter panels I'd consider the spacers and reusing the old wheels and tires a temporary measure. When it's possible, I suggest you buy new rear wheels and tires sized appropriately for the wider Z06 body panels.

Melting Slicks
You also want hubcentric adapters and not just spacers

With the + 20 offset and 285 tire, my tires are right at the edge of my fenders with no rubbing problems or fitment issues. I'm lowered on stock bolts with un-cut bushings.
My combination extends my wheels 59mm (each side) towards outside edge of the fender in the rear over stock wheels.
Since your TSW wheels “I believe” are a 10.5 with a +65 offset, this already extends your wheels 20mm (each side) towards outside edge of the fender over stock wheels.
Plus, the 305 tires you want to run are 20mm wider than the stock 285s, this will put your tires 10mm wider each direction over stock.
Assuming my math is correct, your wheels with a 305 tires will put you at 30mm towards outside edge of the fender over stock wheels (without adapters).
With a 1.5 inch (38mm) adapters and your TSW wheels and 305 tires, this will put your wheels at 68mm more extended towards outside edge of the fender over the stock wheels (9mm more than my setup).
With a 1.25 (32mm) inch adapters and your TSW wheels and 305 tires, this will put your wheels at 62mm more extended towards outside edge of the fender over the stock wheels (3mm more than my setup).
Here are some pics of my car to give you an idea of my offsets:

v8rx7com: Thanks for the great write up! Your looks perfect. Those are 285s??
So your saying that the 1.25 adapter will actually have my tire slightly sticking out? I really need to tuck tire.
